Who likes coffee in the morning? Me! (I hope you said you do too!) Who loves sweet, creamy pumpkin spice creamer? Yeah, I do too. Most mainstream coffee creamers are called “nondairy creamers”. And I always wonder to myself, if it’s nondairy, what exactly is in it?
A little research found that these creamers usually contain vegetable oil (for the creamy taste of milk), corn syrup (for sweetness), sodium caseinate (milk derivative), and lots of artificial colorings and flavorings. Well, I know that’s not something I really want to be drinking, so I set out to find a healthier alternative.
Dairy free, sugar free. All natural. Easy. Can it get any better? I don’t think so!
